Hostel Policies

1. DOCUMENTS FOR GUEST REGISTRATION


Place in hostel is provided to citizens of Russian Federation, as well as foreign citizens upon presentation of an identity document (passport, military card, temporary identity card of the citizen of the form 2n, birth certificate, passport of the seaman).


2. ACCOMMODATION UNDER 18 YEARS


We do not place people under 18 years old without their parents or their legal representatives.


We do not place people under 16 years old.


3. WAYS OF PAYMENT FOR HOSTEL SERVICES


Payment for accommodation and hostel services «PLED» is made for cash, non-cash, bank card (Visa, MasterCard).

Important! Payment for hostel services with bank cards and non-cash (for entities), currently is not implemented in all hostels of network «PLED». To avoid confusion, specify the payment options available in the hostel you are planning to book.


4. CHECKOUT TIME



5. EXTENSION OF ACCOMMODATION


In case of guest delay of departure, we have possibly of stay in extension if the room is not booked by the next guest. The fee is charged according to our pricelist.


6. RESERVATION PAYMENT


Reservation is free of charge.


7. RESERVE LIMIT OF BOOKED ROOM


If the guest arrives later than 1 hour without warning the hostel administrator, the reservation is canceled.


8. CONDITIONS OF FREE ACCOMMODATION FOR CHILDREN UNDER 7 YEARS


Children under the age of 7 years stay with parents in the same room without an extra bed is charged according to tariffs.


9. AREA OF LIABILITY OF HOSPITALITY PROPERTY


Hostelling Network «PLED» is not responsible for the operation of urban services (emergency shutdown of electrical and thermal energy, water supply).


10. RESPONSIBILITY FOR VIOLATION OF RESIDENCE RULES


In the event of smoke, fire, flood, and in case of violation of guest accommodation order, public order, the order of household appliances use, hostel management reserves the right to visit the room without guest agreement.


11. HOSTEL RESPONSIBILITY FOR VALUABLES


Hostelling administration is not responsible for the loss of guest valuables. If finding forgotten things, the administration takes steps to return them to the owner. If the owner is not found, the administration declared to the local authority or the police.


12. COMMENTS AND SUGGESTIONS


Guestbook is at the hostel reception and issued by consumer demand. Guests can also place information about the hostel, comments and suggestions in review online - book on the web site of Hostelling network «PLED»: pledhostels.ru/reviews


13. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT ON HOSTEL SERVICE PROVISION


Hostelling network «PLED» has the right to terminate unilaterally the contract for hostel service provision or to refuse to extend the residence period in case of violation of guest accommodation order, delayed payment or causing material damage to guest hospitality object.


14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION


In case of complaints from consumers, Hostelling network «PLED» administration takes all possible measures provided by law for the speedy resolution of the situation.

16. INCONSISTENT GUEST ABSENCE


In case of guest absence at the residence for more than 24-hours (or after 2 hours from the onset of his checkout time), hostel administration has the right to form a commission and make property inventory in the room. Material values in the form of cash, precious metals and valuable documents the administration takes on its own responsibility. Other property is located in the Service Department.


17. OTHERS


In cases not covered by these rules, the administration and the consumer are governed by the current Russian legislation, issues related to the settlement of disputes.
