1. METHODS OF RESERVATION IN MOSCOW HOSTELS «PLED»


Booking in Moscow hostels «PLED» for any date and time can be carried out by one of the convenient ways:

- By phone, posted on the website in the section containing information about the selected Hostel;
- By e-mail, the address is located in the section containing information about the selected Hostel;
- By using the booking form posted on the website of hostelling network «PLED»


2. ORDER OF RESERVATION IN MOSCOW HOSTELS «PLED»


- Book your room by phone : we need information about guest’s name and room category. Guest provides a contact phone number for feedback. Guest specifies the date and time of arrival and estimated duration of settlement.
- Book your room by e-mail : application is in free form. The subject line should indicate 'Reservation Request'. Application contains guest’s name, room category, contact phone number for feedback, date and time of arrival and estimated duration of settlement.
- Book your room using online booking form : guest-step mode indicates the information offered to the field form filling. Select room category and points of contact, the expected date of arrival and departure. Specify contact information for feedback. Confirms accommodation of booking.


3. PAYMENT OF ACCOMMODATION WITH RESERVATION


Payment is made by one of the following methods:

- On arrival in cash;
- With credit card (in case of hostel provides this opportunity);
- Pre-transfer of funds to the company (for corporate customers)


4. COORDINATION, REVISION AND VALIDATION OF BOOKING


If your plans change and you cannot attend or you’re late, please, inform the duty manager on changes and agree on necessary changes as soon as possible. The duty manager, if possible, will change your reservation.

- Important! Coordination of changes in reservation application using on-line booking form on website can be made only if the guest has possibility to confirm the changes in available for communication method
- By phone or by e-mail.


5. BOOKING CANCELLATION


If you are late more than 2 hours, book accommodation for 24-hours or longer and did not warn us about your case , the room cannot be guaranteed! Reservation will be canceled.
